The engine On Point was built on — petitions, ballot access, voter contact, and GOTV, run with validity-first discipline since 2015. This is the humble beginning, and we're still proud to do the work.
Hover a state — from a first campaign as a petitioner in Florida to programs coast to coast.
Coordinated battleground door programs — owned the rural turf others wouldn't touch and staffed it with local hires. Sustained double-digit weekly volume with crews of 10–20.
A decade in-state: San Diego's short-term-rental referendum, crew lead on the 2020 flavored-tobacco referendum, 2024's seven statewides plus SF, Alameda & Vallejo — all qualified. Then 16 statewides and four San Francisco citywides — the campaign On Point opened its doors on.
Issue 2 — the countywide casino-approval amendment. Tactically cleared 90% of counties on a 50-county distribution requirement before deadline; passed with 55.8%. Also delivered RFK Jr.'s ballot access: 13,000 signatures on a 5,000 requirement.
Six statewide petition drives — the One Fair Wage minimum-wage increase, earned paid sick time, clean-water protections, and Proposal 1 marijuana legalization (2018) — plus multiple candidate campaigns.
18+ statewide petitions across four cycles, running crews since 2024. This cycle: seven concurrent measures run start to finish — 40+ state-certified circulators and a tiered event program covering festivals drawing 550,000+.
First clipboard: the Amendment 4 voting-rights petition (passed 2018) and the greyhound-racing ban. Then Amendment 2 medical marijuana (2016) — first coordination role — the Seminole compact defense (2021–22), and Smart & Safe (2024–26).
Field programs for nonprofit causes as well as campaigns — including work supporting The Nature Conservancy in both Florida and California. Same crews, same discipline, pointed at the causes that need boots too.
